We are seeking a highly-skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our Homeloan team. We understand that same schemes will not suit all, therefore we have designed varied schemes based on each individuals unique requirement. We provide preferred solution for all your financial needs with our tailor made schemes. Our HL & LAP schemes are designed to suit your short term and long term requirements.


With us you will be responsible for


  • Responsible to handle a team that generates Home Loan Business from Direct Sourcing, DSA & Connecter Channel for entire Tamil Nadu
  • Responsible for empanelling Connectors and engaging with them regularly for business.
  • Driving the team for BTL activities to generate Leads.
  • Lead follow-up for conversion.
  • Coordination with Credit team/ customers to achieve business targets.
  • Responsible for full-filling the Home Loan files right from sourcing till disbursements and also PDD collection
  • Responsible for delinquency management
  • Partnering with Federal Bank(parent company)
  • Process compliance
  • Cross sell
  • Team Handling

Apply if you are;

1. Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 8 years experience in LAP or Home Loan

2. Good Leadership & team handling experience

3. Good sales skills

4. Experience in quality assurance

5. Market intelligence

6. Analytical skills, Good interpersonal skills.

7. Very good listening skills and verbal communication.
