New Joinee Induction and Onboarding Process
Payroll Management
Performance Review
HR Operations
Training and Development
Support the HR Manager in managing the HR function for the organisation. This role takes the lead when it comes to Talent Acquisition of entry level staff like Facilitators, Social workers and other executive level posoitions. By doing so the role ensures that the organisation can attract and select the right talent.
MBA/PG in Human Resource Management (addesd advantage)
