To develop the business of SME Loans with High ticket and deliver month on month Targets.

To recruit, manage and train sales team members.

Setting sales targets for RMs and your team as a whole.

Acquisition of SME Clients of turnover between 100 to 500 crore

Drive day to day business through various activities and manage all promotional activity

Review and ensure clients document completeness.

Ensure that maximum business references are converted into successful business opportunities

Keep up to date with products and competitors

Managing existing portfolio and creation of new portfolio
