ROLE - DESCRIPTION

Assistant QA & PD

Please find hereunder the duties and responsibilities to be performed by you in the course of duty, if followed regularly, makes you an effective employee and provides you role clarity.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for conducting all the inspection tests and maintain the Quality Standards of Milk & Milk Products as per ISO Procedure Manual and implementation Cleanliness, Hygiene and Food Safety Management Practices.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

KEY RESULT AREAS

Responsible for: -

  1. Conduct Inspection Tests & Analysis the Quality of Milk & Milk Products.
  2. Implementation of SOPs & Adherence to ISO Norms and documentation.
  3. Maintain guidelines for Plant Hygiene, Cleanliness & Sanitation Practices.
  4. Continuous strive towards improvement (or) refinement of Quality Standards / Practices.
  5. Monitor, maintain & update accurate data on time without any deviations.
  6. Conduct Inspection Tests & Analysis the Quality of Milk & Milk Products.

a) Responsible for timely conduct inspection tests, grade the raw milk standards by ensuring Quality, Temperature & other Parameters as stipulated.

b) Responsible for analysis of Milk for Fat, SNF, Alcohol, MBRT, Heat stability, adulterants, CIP, SOLN, Sanitizers & other Parameters as per the Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).

c) Responsible for maintaining & troubleshooting of the Calibrated Quality Testing Instrument, like Thermometers, Zippets etc., as per the standards.

d) Responsible for checking the Quality as per specification & authorized to release, accept or reject the Milk & Milk Products.

e) Responsible to ensure timely completion of their party analysis of Milk & Milk Products as per the ISO Norms within the schedule.

  1. Implementation of SOPs & Adherence to ISO Norms and Documentation.

a) Responsible to implement the Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) as prescribed under ISO, FSMS Standards.

b) Responsible to ensure and maintain all the records, flow charts, registers logbooks other documents as per the ISO, FSMS Procedure Manual.

c) Responsible for regular updation of documents and amended SOPs as per the business requirement in consultation with ISO Coordinator.

d) Responsible for timely submission of reports to reporting authority for his review and feedback.

  1. Maintain guidelines for Plant Hygiene, Cleanliness & Sanitation Practices.

a) Responsible to maintain cleanliness & sanitations in all the areas of operations like processing area, packing area, storage area, crate washing area, dispatch area & other area of the plant.

b) Responsible to follow the safety guidelines and communicate to the Co-employees for better understanding.

  1. Continuous strive towards improvement (or) refinement of Quality Standards / Practices.

a) Responsible to follow the Quality Standards & Guidelines in line with the businesses requirement and strive to improve or redefine the Quality Standards as per the customer satisfaction.

b) Responsible to focus on customer complaints by addressing the issues on time.

  1. Monitor, maintain & update accurate data on time without any deviations.

a) Responsible for regular updation of accurate data in available ERP Quality Module and generate reports on time as per the requirement of Management.

b) Responsible to maintain and cross check the analysis reports and ensure the accuracy of the reports without any deviations
