Oracle Cloud Manufacturing Functional Sr. @ Hankuk Construction

Position Summary:

CS is looking for an experienced Oracle Manufacturing Cloud Functional Sr. Analyst for our Global Shared Services Office at Hyderabad.This position is responsible for capturing, analysing and estimating customer business requirements.Translating the business requirements into ERP / Cloud ERP solution architecture that fit within the customer's business environment and business objectives.Interacting with the project team members responsible for providing solutions and recommendations.

Key Responsible Areas:

• Must have at least 1 end to end implementation experience on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Must have at least 2 end to end implementation experience on Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle ERP Cloud projects.
• Should be able to take lead of Manufacturing solution implementation across CS business locations.
• Working in collaboration with product development for resolving critical bugs and business users during UAT and post implementation support.
• Develop conversion and system implementation plans.
• Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.
• Ability to work independently on projects and production support with minimum direction from management.
• Assisting definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
• Working with solution architects and technical SMEs to translate project requirements into solution designs, project estimates, and activity plans.
• Familiarity with Planning and Warehouse Management modules.
• Should be good with technical and functional skills and in-depth knowledge of application area.

• Experience as a resource in the implementation lifecycle of at least One/two Oracle ERP Cloud project (Release 10 or later).

Mandatory Technical Skills : 

• Experience on Oracle Cloud plus EBS plus PL/SQL.

Certifications: 

• Minimum 8 years experience in IT Field and 5+ years experience as Oracle MFG Cloud Functional consultant.
