Job description

  1. Handle customer inquiries both telephonically (Inbound / Outbound) / email /WhatsApp / Web Chat
  2. Manage and resolve customer complaints , provide end to end query resolution
  3. Solve any queries around opening Demat Accounts
  4. Follow up where necessary
  5. Give trading demos where required

Interview Date : 17th January 2022 (Extempore) & 22nd January  2022 (Final Interview Round)


Interview Time: 11:00 am onwards till 6:30 pm

Job Location: Pune (Work from Office with COVID precautions)

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Handle customer inquiries both telephonically (Inbound / Outbound) / email /WhatsApp / Web Chat
  2. Manage and resolve customer complaints , provide end to end query resolution
  3. Solve any queries around opening Demat Accounts
  4. Follow up where necessary
  5. Give trading demos where required
  6. Need to have good knowledge of securities markets

Required Candidate profile

  • Graduate Any Stream
  • 1 to 4 Years of Experience in Voice Sales from Broking or Banking background
  • Willing to work in Shifts
  • Willing to work from office (WFH candidates need not apply)
