Job Description
- Experience in Python programming language
- Experience in Linux shell scripting
- Experience writing scripts to validate middleware/software components and device drivers (I2C, SPI, PCI, UART.)
- Experience in test automation frameworks like Robot Framework, Cypress, Cucumber, etc
- Experience in hardware-in-the-loop testing
- Experience in usage of Vector tools for CAN, LIN, MOST, Ethernet, Flexray and in depth understanding of the protocols
- Experience on working in Audio, Tuner, Automotive Ethernet, CAN, MOST, Bluetooth, WiFi, HSVL, USB
- Experience in executing projects in an Agile/Waterfall model
- Experience with debugger tools
- Experience in Customer handling
- Good writing and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in teams and as an individual contributor
- Passion towards engineering
- Primarily role would be to Automate Tests for state-of-the-art convergence products
- Create test design, test specifications test cases and test scripts for applications using test automation frameworks like Robot Framework, Cypress, Cucumber, etc
- Verification and validation of products build on different platforms like Android, Linux, and QNX
- Automation of validation scripts to enhance nightly build tests and stress test
- Documentation of Test Strategy, test cases and test reports
- Understand existing standards landscape and design constraints
- Bug reporting and supporting developers during bug reproduction
- Identify risks and finding alternative solutions
- Participation in Technical reviews
- Execute/debug software through systematic test plans and automated scripts
- Implement new techniques and bring innovative ideas to reduce the test execution time and improve test quality
- Create simple, scalable and best quality automation test cases to verify and validate software quality
- Adhere to organization/project process standards and guidelines
- Work independently and guide team technically
