Lead Software Engineer - Hyderabad @ WorkFusion

Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated Lead Java Engineer with proven experience in designing and creating complex systems from scratch. You will join an experienced team of solution architects and engineers to create and prototype end-to-end solutions involving multiple Artificial Intelligence problems in WF ecosystem.

• Spring Boot 2.0, Mesos/Marathon, Docker, Variety of ML Frameworks, RabbitMQ, Jenkins, ELK

• Expert in Java with 8-12+ years experience
• CI/CD practice
• Python knowledge is a plus
• Experience in building and leading the team
• Deep understanding of Computer Science fundamentals
• Deep knowledge of Spring, Java Core, REST API design
• Experience in designing complex components from scratch based on WF product.
• Hands-on experience in tuning solutions to improve performance
• Excellent knowledge in Design Patterns
• The ability to think out of the box to combine multiple possibly unrelated solutions to solve a single complex problem
• DevOps mindset
• Product mindset - trying to find ways to improve product, bring quality and add value to the team.
• Fast learning skill

• Lead the experienced team
• Communicate with PO and Stake-holders to determine team plans and focus
• Motivate team and keep positive
• Create and prototype end-to-end solutions of complex product features
• Design and implement API
• Integrate machine learning frameworks and solutions with WF product
