Job Description
1. Collaborating with client to define test data strategy and approaches
2. Leading the strategic direction of test data management across the organisation.
3. Review Assess Current TDM Capabilities of the organisation and report Current Data Compliance Status in Test Environments
4. Enable Early TDM Engagement and Define TDM role in project lifecycle
5. Review Redefine Test Data Management Process Flow
6. Review and Define Data Masking/obfuscation Requirements and compliance to internal regulations data privacy laws.
7. Define Synthetic Data Creation Requirement
8. Define Data Subsetting Requirement
9. Create Test Data Matching Reservation Plan
10. Implement tool chain to achieve compliance automation of data management
11. Perform technical assessment and implement Masking/obfuscation solutions
12. Automated Test Data Masking/Obfuscation Solution
13. Assess Test Data Subsetting Solution
14. Implement data Subsetting capability
15. Integration TDM Capabilities with environment refresh activity
Must have
Required Skill Set:
1. Experience in test data management life cycle test data governance
2. Experience in test data management planning, static dynamic data masking, test environment, relational database systems and data related defect management
3. Expertise include Data Analysis, Data Management, Data Synchronization, Data Quality and Data Testing
4. Experience with data sub-setting in complex integrated environments
5. Implementation of synthetic data generation tools
6. Experience utilizing TDM tools like IBM Infosphere Optim, Informatica TDM, Delphix, CA Test Data Manager or any other Data masking tool
7. Experience delivering test data management as a shared service
8. Expertise with data profiling setup of test data utilities
9. Experience with definition of data management practices
10. Understanding of Data Security principles and hands on experience in writing data masking scripts
11.Experienced and expert in MS SQL and Oracle databases
12. Knowledge of IBM DB2 databases
13. Experience in the Big Data eco system or Apache Hadoop ecosystem and unstructured data management
14. Experience in one of the widely used Scripting language: e.g., Window CMD/ power shell / UNIX/ Python/Spark SQL
15. Cloud architect certification in either AWS, Azure, Google cloud
16. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
