Scrum Master / Project Manager CRM @ MilliporeSigma

You will be responsible to Deliver using Scrum methodology/approach. Willing to ensure adherence to Scrum methodologies. Able to articulate the business challenge your team is helping to solve. Have good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills as well as a learning attitude.

Have hands on experience in Jira for creating and updating of Product Backlogs, Tracking progress and efforts and Status reporting Managing the Task Assignments to the team members effectively . Manage each project s scope and timeline . Coordinate multiple sprints/teams, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups . Coach team members in Agile frameworks . Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration . Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders) .

Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests. Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur. Help teams implement changes effectively. Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint. Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity. Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it

Job Requirements

• Must be comfortable to work in Electronic City, Bangalore location

• Certified Scrum Master. Additional PMP certification is considered an advantage.

• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)

• Client Facing Role with multiple facets.

• At least 3-5 years of proven Agile team management and sprint execution.

• At least 3-5 years of proven experience also in waterfall projects is required.

• Successfully delivered at least 3 projects in the Salesforce domain using Agile methodologies .

• Successfully delivered multiple projects using Agile methodologies

• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)

• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field.

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce project is preferred for this position.

• Experience in Boomi integration project is considered an advantage for this position.

• Experience in Marketing cloud and/or web development projects is nice to have.

• Any Salesforce Certification is preferred.

• Any knowledge in Postman script is nice to have.
