Job Description
NAILBITER is looking for a Technical Project Manager & Scrum Master.
Position: Technical Project Manager & Scrum Master
Experience: 7+ years
Work Location: Remote
Notice Period: 15-45 days
Roles and Responsibilities:
- As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for implementing and executing the Agile development process. This includes tracking the project's progress making sure to achieve on-time product delivery. Hands on experience in managing the teams and managing the projects will be an added advantage.
- Mentor team members to follow all the agile best practices and create an ideal Agile environment.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies Scrum call meetings, Demo Sessions, Retrospective Session, Backlog Grooming Sessions, Sprint Planning and Sprint Hardening Sessions.
- Help team to remove impediments and escalate when required making sure team in on track throughout the sprint.
- Work with PO/PM and decide teams velocity and setting up the sprint targets accordingly to make sure team is neither overloaded nor underloaded.
- Work with the scrum team to remove conflicts and negotiates well to arrive at consensus for continuous delivery progress.
- Tracks, maintains the project details, progress, status, risk, and other relevant details to present it to the required stakeholders.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of 7 years of work-experience and 4 years as a Scrum Master
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence would be an advantage
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
