Greetings,
Profile: Design Engineer
Work Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Job Description:
1) Prepare design calculation of Static Process Equipment Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Storage Tanks, Columns, Heat Exchangers and other static process equipment.
2) Checking GA and fabrication drawing.
3) Checking of Isometrics as per Piping GAD.
4) Coordinate with the entire department & solve the technical / commercial problems raised during the execution of the project.
5) Reviewing of UDS (Users Design Specification) and design of Pressure vessels by using PV-Elite.
6) Prepared Design, Drawing & Documents of U Certification for ASME Audit.
7) Preparation of MDR (Manufacturers Data Report) as per the requirements of Code.
8) To issue DCRs as & when required in coordination with QA/QC department & approval authorities.
9) Consolidating & issuing Bill of Material. Preparation of ARM (Additional Requirement for Materials) to meet the Code and Customers specifications.
10) Coordination with Instrumentation, Production & Quality departments for resolution of fabrication queries & other problems encountered during fabrication
11) Checking of procurement drawings for nozzles, dishends, forged shells etc.
12) Reviewing of Vendors drawings and issue approval for manufacturing.
13) Providing technical support to the estimation design team.
