Responsibilities:
1.Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
2. Coordinating new hire orientations.
3. Working with the team to prioritise activities for the best interest of the company.
4. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
5.Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
6.Standardize archived the HR data
7.Verify the HR related documents
8.Digitalize the documents
9. Prepare HR-related data base as needed
10.Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
11.Plan and organize employee engagement activities
Minimum Qualifications: -
Must be a graduate from a top-tier institute - Experience with MS Office Preferred
Qualifications: - Good understanding of full HR cycle
- Basic knowledge of excel, google doc etc.
- Tech Savvy
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
