Job Description

Managing Chennai Operations.
Responsible for Hiring US IT Recruiters, Sr Recruiters to Account managers in Offshore.
Manage all recruiting operations like ATS (Oorwin), Dice, Monster , Linkedin, Mail server. Will be the responsible person for all these operations.
Performance overview of Account manager & Recruiters
Training Recruiters and Account Managers.
HR Policy management, HR Paperworks like offer letter, Payrolling, Benefits management.
System administration: Managing all equipments from purchase, configuring to disperse, and return.
This position is not a remote role. Requires coming to office.
