Desired Candidate Profile
Develop a compelling product vision and roadmap based on a clear understanding of market requirements, competitive analysis (both business and technical), and positioning.
Bring market insights to the engineering teams and propose inputs to define the product roadmaps and business strategy based on those insights.
Collaborate with staff, users and senior management on establishing business goals, reviewing new and existing products, projects, solution designs and plans, and conducting research on emerging technologies to support changes in infrastructure/solution strategy.
Work with technical stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into recommendations for engineering teams while also ensuring own recommendations feed into appropriate solution architectures as well.
Lead creation of programs to scale solutions with biggest impact across strategic customer base.
Understand customer needs and help shape clients long-term product strategy.
Be a champion of client's product innovation story. Lead innovation in their respective team and propose new business opportunities and ideas for clients and identify and build proposals for areas of expansion and growth in the product/solution one leads.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the cutting-edge world of Big Data and next-gen technical areas such as Artificial Intelligence, SaaS, and enable client to become a champion in one or more of these
Explains specifically how changes in competitors, clients, and market segments affect own business or institution.
Translates broad corporate strategies into clear, specific objectives and plans for units and individuals.

Required Candidate profile
experience in reputed product development companies or new age e commerce technology cpmpant
18+Years of Experience years in leading engineering teams in an enterprise software product organization with experience in designing and developing enterprise.
Experience of Big Data and next-gen technical areas such as Artificial Intelligence, SaaS, for Product development
Experience engaging in and leading architecture and large scale software development.
Experience leading engineering teams of 100+ team members Strong track record and experience of delivery of major as well as sustaining of complex systems software development at a high-tech, geographically distributed, product delivery/ engineering organization.
Engineering or related undergraduate degree preferred. An advanced degree in engineering is desirable, but not required.
