Roles
1.The customer care executive will join the customer care team that is responsible for managing customer queries, complaints and all other kinds of interactions.
2.The mode of conversation would be primarily phone call and chat The team also manages certain system processes and is an integral connect between the customer and the operations
3.Manage all customer calls including queries, complaints.
4. Interact with customers via phone calls and chat both
5.Liasion with operations team to execute orders or solve complaints
Requirements
Highly proficient in English (Speaking and typing)
2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, or related processes experience in Escalation.
