Job Title: Integration Development Specialist (Developer) Telecommunication - Pune
We are looking for development specialist with experience in Integration & Service Delivery Platform (SDP)
This role is accountable for the production support (L2, L3) & delivery of software changes mainly in Integration area (SOAP & REST services)
Candidate must be experience with SDLC. The candidate is required to perform production investigation (L2/L3), production fixes, support production major, technical design, delivery development & system testing and test support.
Candidates will be part of an agile squad and will be expected to work in the agile way of working. Candidate will be expected to participate actively in all scrum ceremonies.
The candidate has to deliver solutions that are flexible, extensible, meeting functionality, operational and scalability requirements. Candidate must have the necessary analytical & technical competency to analyse the production incident and provide the necessary resolution or relieve. Candidate must be able to present and manage stakeholder in meetings.
The candidate must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced, large, complex, dynamic environment. Given the nature of the business, the candidate must self-motivated, independent and is able to self-manage and prioritise delivery timeline to meet business needs. The candidate must be willing to work shift.
Strong emphasis is place on providing outstanding Customer Experience to our customers as well as building trust and working relationships across the entire group comanies.
Other Skills required:
Responsible for the upkeep of application functional specification, technical document and solution document
Responsible to perform solution and codes review delivered by to ensure quality and compliance to standards
Ability to keep abreast of the new technologies with a view of implementing them to increase productivity and efficiency of the organization
Required to work outside working hours to support production cutover
Required to manage and deliver urgent changes, includes providing alternative interim solution for short cycle delivery
Required to prepare submission and attend change approval board forum for approval to cutover to production
