Requirements:

1. Ensuring timely completion of monthly book closure of accounts
2. Timely accounting and payment of all vendors and statutory payments (PF, ESI, Advance tax etc.,)
3. Interaction with Operations and staffs on the advances and petty cash follow up to ensure all accounts are properly validated and closed on a timely manner
4. Treasury work including Bank reconciliation and projection of cash flows for working capital requirements.
5. Interaction with Operations for billing and receivables follow up
6. Resolving critical issues for collection of information, process and conclusion of points
7. Return filing of GSTR, TDS
8. Finalization of books of accounts for Statutory audit and Tax audit purpose and also handle audit queries.
9. Escalation of critical issues to the management
