6 - plus years of hands - on core Java developer experience Strong experience in messaging , multi - threading and distributed programming is a must.

Familiar with open source frameworks and distributed caching products.

Experience of developing in Agile , testable and continues build frameworks.

Good in JMS , MQ Messaging and Java Web Services.

Experience in designing for J2EE applications using UML and various J2EE / OO.

Design patterns. Perform system & integration testing. Should possess experience in Unix / Linux environment. Strong analytical and mathematical skills required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Ability to communicate and act professionally with IT staff and business clients while under strict deadlines.

Electronic trading experience is a plus. Fixed Income experience is a plus. FIX and / or Swing experience will be a plus.

Programming JDK1.5 / 1.6 / 1.7 , strong in multi - threading programming , messaging middleware (publish / subscribe , JMS , Tibco RV , Tibco EMS , RMDS , MQ , Sonic , etc.) , XML. FIX , Swing , C++ , C# , .Net experience is a plus but is not required.

Tool Python and shell scripting , UNIX (Solaris and Red Hat Linux) , Windows , Oracle SQL , Perforce , Ant , Maven , IDE (IntelliJ IDEA , Eclipse).
