Currently we have an opening with a US based IT company in Hyderabad.
Job Title: Sr/ Java Developer
Experience: 3 - 6 years
Job Description:
Our product development team has built and continues to enhance the software platform with the latest technologies in UI, to scale dynamically as per the load requirements, high volume transaction/data processing, structured and unstructured data manipulation, data sciences, analytics and reporting. We are hiring for people at various levels within our Product Development team and look for people with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communications and technical skills commensurate with their experience.

Responsibilities:
Work on individual basis with little or no oversight from the team managers while collaborating with other team members & teams
Understand product requirements and develop production quality code by developing Proof-of Concepts where required.
Provide timely status updates and raise the issues proactively & in timely fashion
Create design/technical documentation where applicable
Eager to learn new technologies and implement solutions as necessitated by product
Requirements:
Experience with Servlet, JSP, Webservices, Spring and JSF (Java Server Faces) is strongly preferred
3+ years of extensive experience in design, development and testing of web-based enterprise systems using J2EE technologies (JDBC, Servlets, JSP, JSF)
Hands-on experience with REST API development, JSON / XML handling
Experience with one or more web/application servers (Tomcat/Jboss)
Good knowledge on Object Oriented design principles and Design using JAVA.
Strong knowledge in Design Patterns
Knowledge in Web Technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax and JQuery)
Knowledge on micro services like Docker, Kubernetes is a plus
Exposure to Apache Hadoop MapReduce and HDFS is desirable
Hands-on with Python is desirable
Exposure to maintaining DB applications (RDMS/NoSQL) while not mandatory is definite plus.

Location:Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (Currently WFH)
Working Days:Mon - Fri
Working Time: 10 AM 7 PM
