Reliance Brands Limited is looking for Fashion Consultant for Superdry for Coimbatore
Job Purpose:
- To deliver sales and enhance the customer experience through high standards of customer service and product knowledge
- I am the Brand Ambassador - both in and out the store.
Role Requisites:
- Warm welcome and approach towards each customer
- Customers inclination to shop starts right from the first step & eye contact
- Believes and lives the attitude of Sheer customer delight go beyond
- To efficiently adhere to all company procedures and policies
- To work with the team to achieve award winning customer service
- To communicate with the Management team on any operational challenges faced
- To keep up to date with product knowledge to share with customers and team members
- To actively approach all aspects of work in a positive, productive, and professional manner
- To assist and guide the customer in the complete Service Cycle
- To actively look for ways to improve performance, and skills
Experience Requisites:
- 0 - 4 years, preferably in retail industry
- Ability to understand and handle aspects of retail operational and merchandising - from the delivery of stock to the final sale of the product
