Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage Home Loans/ LAP sales in a given region and act as a productive resource by meeting targets.

Source new business from walk-in customers and through cold calling in the open market.

Guide clients for obtaining loans and documentation.

Follow up with customers for loan queries.

Maintain a good relationship with DSA and ensure customer satisfaction.

Exploring new areas and ways to achieve productivity.

Prepare and maintain MIS report.

Flexible for traveling across the designated location.

Desired Candidate Profile-

Required Skills:

• Need to have minimum sales experience of 2-8 years of secured business ( HL or LAP)

Education and experience:

• Any graduate or postgraduate with good academic background.
• Need to have experience in secured lending.
• Must possess sound knowledge of systems & reports to be prepared.
• Local candidates will be given preference.

Salary Range:

Fixed per annum - 6.5 lac to 11.5 lac p.a. + Monthly Incentives + Annual Bonus + other benefits
