Position: HR Administrative Assistant
Reporting To: Director
Education Qualification: Graduation Compulsory
Experience Required: 2-5 years

Job Role:
Human Resources (HR) Administrative Assistants support management-level staff and perform a variety of tasks.
HIRING , inducting , recruitment pipeline
Managing new Joinees emails , training and basic induction , setting up their signatures , email accounts etc
Managing interns and the relationships with universities and colleges for hiring
Attendance management and reporting to accounts
Liasing with IT Computer department for email setups , computer up dation etc
Managing Meeting Invites , sending zoom invitations for meetings
Couriers For office
Management of Office supplies /pantry supplies
Coordination of paperwork with Talent , their team , office and legal
Email setup for employees
Admin responsibilities with ref to Management smooth functioning
Creating and building employee moral and office culture and team building
Managing guest relations and visitors
Handling and maintaining all inventory , cleanliness and office decorum
Job Location: Khar Road, Mumbai
Working Days/Office Timings: Mon - Fri / 10 AM 7 PM
