Job Description

Market:

  1. Educational Institutions and Research Labs: IITs, NITs, Engineering Colleges and Universities, R&D labs.
  2. Governments Labs like CSIR, TIFR, etc.
  3. Indian Defense companies: DRDO labs, IRDE, BEL, BDL, NSTL, LASTEC, ADE,ADA,RCI, etc.
  4. Private companies that do research and require test and measurement equipment.
  5. Must be fluent in Hindi

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales responsibility for West India and North India
  • Travel of around 2 weeks every month in the territory outside Bengaluru.
  • Sell Test and Measurement instruments to Educational Institutions and Labs.
  • Generate leads, follow up and close deals all aspects of sales
  • Ensure payment, EMD and PBG are received
  • Coordinate with OEMs in the US for customized products, fixing price and lead time as necessary

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering from a good institution
  • 3 years of experience in sales in any type of Industrial products. Preference for candidates with experience in Research, Education on behalf of OEMs from abroad. Will consider freshers if experienced persons are not available.
    • Flow and Pressure measurement and control
    • Solar Simulators, test and measurement equipment like PV, QE, etc
    • Infra-red test systems
  • Will require travel for at least one week in a month and sometimes two weeks a month within the region of India
