Mandatory

• Key Experience in MRB for Aero Engine/Turbine
• Aerofoil, Stackup Analysis and Repair skills Substantiation
• Good knowledge required on Aero engine/Turbine Aerofoil
• Good knowledge of GD&T Drawing reading & Interpretation
• Stack-up analysis Create design reviews/MRB, Repair substantiation experience Work experience with MFG suppliers
• Knowledge of Assembly fits Knowledge of Bolt Joint evaluation, Buckling analysis, Vibration analysis Knowledge of Balance assessment/Over speed/Over Pressure assessment Knowledge of Crack propagation analysis
• Knowledge of Crush stress evaluation/Kt calculation Job Working knowledge of Aero/Gas turbine engine's part Turbine.
• Descriptio Knowledge of various manufacturing techniques and their application during compor
• In-depth knowledge of various failure/ deterioration mechanisms leading to compon (Complet failures or distress e details)
