Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities for Industrial Staff Nurse:1.Providing first aid and treatment of minor illness.
2.Monthly First Aid clinic patient Record.
3.Medical referral to deferent Clinics & Hospital according to the needs of employees.
4.Medical Emergency Interventions such as CPR AND First Aid.
5.Rescue and Evacuation of injured or serious health condition employee via Ambulance and transfer to tertiary hospital for advance treatment.
6.Share Chronic illness reports of employees with on Call Doctor for consultations and advises.
7.Chronic health issues of employees discussed with on call Doctor, shared their laboratory results and make appointment of consultant if needed.
8.Conducting periodical medical screening of RPC employees to roll out occupational health diseases and make sure all employees are safe according to their specific job sites.
9.Share result of all abnormal finding of periodical medical screening with on call Doctor and follow up for the treatment plan.
10.Conducting Health inspection as planned to identify health hazards in plant.
11.Non Certified Basic Health Training conducting yearly bases to kept the employees updated
12.Arrangement of Health Awareness sessions for employees to enhance their knowledge regarding chronic illness and epidemic disease.
13.Undertake chronic disease management (i.e. for Diabetes, Asthma, Hypertension)
14.Monitoring and maintaining first aid boxes contents and reporting of misuse.
15.Dispense medication Supply and stock control of medicines
16.Immunization and Vaccination Service
17.Protect the workers from Health Hazards.
18.Treat identified Health Hazard
19.Identify new Health Hazards.
20.Provide Emergency care in any Emergency.
21.Ensure the workers safety makes the Accidents chance less.
