Duties/Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Hardware&networkOperationandManagement
• Make a risk assessment of companyssystem and data to prevent it from being accessed (viewedbyunauthorizedpersonnel,datacorrupted,ordatalost).
• Assignariskleveltoeachof thefollowingandrestrictaccesstonetworkdevicestoanapprovedlistofpersonnel:
• Corenetworkdevices
• LAN,WAN,NOCNetwork
• E-mailsystems,networkfileservers
• Networkprintservers
• Networkapplicationservers
• Dataapplicationservers
• Computers/Laptop
• Otherdevices (standalone printservers and network faxmachines)
• Ensureadequatesafeguardsforsystemandnetworkinfrastructuresmoothfunctioning.
• Analyze the utilization and performance ofthe ITapplications andproactivelysatisfytheuserrequirementswithouthamperingtheirdeliverables.
• Perform the testing and analysis of all systems and applicationcomponents including software,hardware,andtransmissionsystems.
• Analyze and suggest new controls to the system infrastructure to minimizeexternal and internalplausiblethreatsandimprovingperformance.
• Maintainingadequateaccesslevelsof internalandexternalpersonneltocriticalandsensitiveareas.
• Ensuretimelyprovidenceandremovalof useraccesstocompanyinformationasper needandapprovalbasis.
• Ensureendpointprotectionandmonitoringofexceptionstothesame.
• Ensuringpropersafeguardingofaccessbyimplementingstringentpasswordandotheraccesscontrols.
• ContributehighlevelofexpertiseinkeystrategictechnologiesrelatedtoNetwork.
• CollaboratewiththeITpartneron thedevelopmentofnetwork configuration requirements andnetworkinfrastructure&securityprocessdevelopmentanddeploymentefforts.
