Job Description - Head of Product for a Health-tech company.
Its product has become the largest professional network of doctors in S.E Asia and now expanding into North Asia and Middle East
Client Details :
- Our client is a Series B Funded setup in the Health-tech space. It is like LinkedIn for Doctors.
- The product enables doctors to Learn, Connect with peers & Grow their Clinical Practice.
Description :
- Device end-to-end product growth strategy in close collaboration with product, design, research, engineering and marketing teams.
- Explore and validate new strategic value propositions for our users
- Defining and delivering against a clear set of business metrics and KRAs
- Ensure that product growth decisions across the team are data informed - based on strong logical rigour, in-depth analysis, and value data with opinions
- Lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners to drive the overall product execution with engineering.
- Interim reporting to CEO
Profile :
- Master's in Business Administration / Engineering degree from a reputable institute
- 10+ Years of Product Management Experience
- The candidate should have had experience in scaling products within a high growth Product Company
- The candidate can demonstrate the managing & executing on Product road-maps and working with a cross functional team to build the vision for the Core Docquity product
- Experience in Social Networks, Messaging or Community Interaction based products would be a plus.- The candidate can demonstrate the managing & executing on Product road-maps and working with a cross functional team to build the vision for the Core Docquity product
- Experience in building B2C communities, Doctor / Patient Communities, or has driven product driven virality in adoption within a B2C environment.
