Position:Executive- Commercial ( On Third Party Payroll )

Qualifications- Minimum Commercial Graduate

Additional skills- Well versed with MS Excel & Power Point, Team player with Learning attitude

Experience- Minimum 2 years of Project or Product Commercial and Accounting experience. Experience of SAP / equivalent integrated application is preferred. Good Accounting and Reporting knowledge

Description:

Job Profile -

1) Work with SAP or multiple integrated, linked accounting systems for Sales Order booking (including ZVEN orders), Purchase order booking, inventory handling / monitoring activities.

2) Reconciliations of Inventory / Debtors/ Payable and general ledger accounts and Identifies & resolves discrepancies.

3) Analyzes data and prepares organizational dashboard / MIS reports.

4) Resolves moderately complex problems arising from reconciliation and analysis of accounts and makes recommendations and prepares journal entries when necessary.

5) Assists in planning, leading and/or participating in projects of varying complexity.

6) Performs ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned.

7) GRN creation/Service Entry

8) ARAP Adjustments
