Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Human resources specialists are responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placing workers. They may also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training. ... They oversee specialists in their duties; consult with executives on strategic planning, and link a company's management with its employees.
ELIGIBILITY:
Any Degree (Arts candidates are most welcome)

0 TO 2 Years
SALARY:
10,000 TO 15,000 per month

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
Participates in developing goals, objectives, and systems
Participates in the administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars
Assists to establish departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the companys strategic goals
Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of public human resources administration including recruitment, classification, compensation, and benefits
Knowledge of the literature and other sources of information in the field of human resources administration
Ability to prepare and maintain records
Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality. Ability to maintain confidential information
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional documents, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
DIRECT Walkat: 10.30 AM to 5.30 PM
