Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates should have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Play the role of System Analyst and Lead Developer
Interact with clients and manage the entire SDLC process
Should have experience leading a team
Project management experience (Agile and other tools)
Building test plans and delivering products to clients in time
Proven team and project management skills
Experience in the Healthcare domain preferred

Required Candidate profile

Strong Java/J2EE experience
Experience working in Servlets/JSP, Spring, Hibernate is mandatory
Java Webservices and Multithreading application
Experience with Web frameworks such as Struts, Spring required
Knowledge and experience in HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript
Mobile app development experience
Experience in different Data Structures design and Usage
Need to have good communication skills (Oral & written)
