Job Description:
Education Qualification: B.Tech/MTech/MCA.
Total Exp: 10-15
Location - Hyderabad
Notice period: 30 Days
Should have a track record of minimum of 3 years of successful project delivery as a Project Manager
Should have expertise in project management principles and in applying the same in real life projects to ensure projects are delivered On-time and within budget. Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, and meet customer expectations and business needs. Should have expertise in defining and measuring KPIs for all phases of the project
Should have expertise in managing Fixed Bid Development Projects. Should have expertise in managing scope creep, effort and budget in a Fixed Bid project
Should have expertise in managing an Agile Development project. Should have expertise in using an Agile tool like Jira for managing an Agile project. Should know how to do Sprint planning for an agile project. Should have expertise in all the Agile ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, Burn Down Chart, Sizing etc..
Should have experience in handling an escalated project. Should be able to demonstrate how was the project turned around.
Should have expertise in writing SoWs to ensure there are no surprises during project execution. Should have expertise in defining acceptance criteria across all the phases of the project.
Should have expertise in creating Weekly Status reports to Client and internal management. Should have a clear understanding of KPIs for different phases of the project and for different kind of projects [FP, TnM, Production Support]
Should have handled Client interactions directly. Should have had exposure to Onsite travels where candidate should have interacted with Client
Should have expertise in tracking key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources per discussions with key stakeholders and management.
Should have deep understanding of Project SDLC and the various deliverables that are necessary at each phase of the project to ensure high quality deliverable
Should be aware of CMMI processes and related audit process
Scum Master Certification or PMP or Prince 2 Certified is desirable.
Experience on Pega or any other BPM tool is desirable
