Position: AM / DM in Quality Dept. (preferably Male candidates)

Qualification: BE / BTech. in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering

Exp.: 8 - 12 years (in Plastic Industry) Preferably candidate has work at Tier-1 company supplying to OEM.

Salary: 9.0 LPA (Max)

Working Location: Bengaluru Unit

Job Description:

1. Overseeing the Quality requirement matching as per the customer requirements.
2. Making sure good quality parts are produced in-house as per customer requirement.
3. Set product standards & QA norms Control plan
4. Conducting Process Audit & Validation
5. Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes
6. Coordinating with MR for all IATF 16949, SQM & VDA 6.3 related activities.
7. Conduct the activities as per APQP & PPAP activity matrix.
8. To ensure that all system requirements (APQP Based & CSR) are well understood by the project team for proper functioning of the activities as per Project Plan.
9. To review on all project requirements (CFT Based) inline with Customer Milestones
10. To lead the CFT team on the development of PFD,FMEA, Control Plan & Operation Documents.
11. To coordinate with the Customer on PPAP & Lead on the project handover post stability of manufacturing conditions.
12. To coordinate with the Customer on all activities of the QM Plan (Trailing plan w.r.t T0.T1)
13. To build the competence of the entire team inline with product & process requirements.
