Skill set : BPO/ITES Background with Sales Experience

Roles and Responsibilities for TL & AM :

• Should have Minimum 1 to 5 years Team Handling experience in any sales process. Exp in educational Sales would be preferable.
• Should have excellent communication in English and other regional languages
• Should have handled 10 to 15 agents in batch for TL & 40+ HC for Asst Manager.
• Should be able to manage daily shrinkage and control Attrition
• Should know people management and Team Management
• Should be aware about KPI and KRA.
• Should have knowledge on Data Analysis, Reports management and sales target oriented.
