Job Description

Mandatory Skills

Deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (Subscriptions, VNETs, subnets, Network Security Groups, route tables, ACLs, WAFs); authentication policies, DNS, cloud storage and domain management

Using Azure Portal to configure Azure resources, with a focus on PaaS offerings like Web App (Python) and Azure Databases (MySQL) and other Azure services related to Web Apps (like App Gateway, Private Endpoints, Key Vault, Log Analytics)

Writing effective Terraform scripts to automatically provision and configure the Azure environment and resources (Infrastructure as Code)

Building, testing, deploying application code from the code repository in Sandbox environment

Building CI/CD pipelines for automated build (Jenkins, Artifactory) test deploy (Rundeck) of application code from the source (Bitbucket) to higher-level - NonProd / Prod environments

Implementing security controls, including access control, privileged access management, vulnerability management, configuration management, privacy, and audits

Azure Cloud Certifications will be considered an asset (e.g. AZ 300-series)

Azure Cloud Engineer - Web Applications - Nice to Have Skills

Working in Agile / DevOps environment using tools like JIRA/Confluence

Python Development

Database SQL knowledge - Experience with MySQL
