We are hiring for Senior Team Member & Shift Manager for our Retail F&B Store Chaipoint Hyderabad.
Roles and Responsibilities
PRIMARY REQUIREMENT
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Maintain the store Cleanliness and Hygiene at all point of time.
- Adhere to the company Safety policy and Grooming Standards.
- Maintain the arrangement of products in the Display and Counter area.
PROFESSIONAL TECHNIQUES
- Taking chai orders and serves to guests as per the standards in timely and efficient manner.
- Promptly respond to guest with any additional request.
- Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
- Store Sales Management
- Inventory & Waste Management
- SSSG
- Finance Management
- Ritual Audit
- Handling Customer & Store Grievance
Desired Candidate Profile
- Hotel Management background
- Great organizational skills
- Ability to forecast how much food is needed
- Ability to delegate tasks
- Great leadership abilities
- Deep knowledge of the food industry
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Ability to create reports to give to ownership
Education :
- 10th Pass -out
- Any Graduate / Hotel Management background.
Experience :

Age:
20 to 30 Years
Salary CTC : Upto Rs. 15,500 to 20,000/- monthly.
