Candidates must have following key responsibilities:
Candidate Must having experience in Heavy fabrication Attend customer complaints and submit CAPA to customer, Manintain the records Update live documents like PFMEA, control Plan and SOP. On job training provides to operators and inspectors and keep records keep maintain records on customer complaints & prepare analysis data on the basis of customer complaints. Handle the customer complaint on prior basis and interaction of respective concerned deptt. Identify and monitoring required instrument/ gauges & ensure calibrated kept under him supervision. Monitoring daily PPM & MIS reports and analysis on quality issues take permanent action To identify need of customers & improvement in process( Critical requirement) To attend all quality meetings & presentation and to ensure all learning passes down the line in the Unit To maintain and issue display management like as SOP, Qualityalert. One point lesson, quality updats To develop and implement quality system To review responsibilities and targets of all subordinats in dept. Conducting and imparting training on quality techniques for enhancing skills sets To maintain testing lab i.e. Weld Penetration lab & Millipore lab records and approval of welders. CMM related all activities Good Knowledge about core tool APQP,PPAP,SPC& MSA Sound knowledge about MIG Welding Process Good knowledhe about Systems as per ISO9001,14001& 45001 Analytical approach Good Communication
