Roles and Responsibilities
Senior will support the day-to-day functions between our Salesforce Delivery and Technical Lead teams (onshore and offshore) to support our global Salesforce environment and deliver highly scalable and top-quality solutions.
The candidate will be customer focused, highly collaborative and constantly seek input to ensure success.
Testing & Test scripting high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform (Covering Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, Force.com, Chatter & App-exchange applications) based on industry best practices as well as business needs.
Technical Skills
Minimum 3+ Years of experience into Manual Testing
Must have good understanding of the User Story fit gap analysis functional designs to make a correct and appropriate test script Creation of test scripts with appropriate coverage test data business flow Tracking of test cases execution test results and defects
Knowledge of Salesforce applications Understanding of modular test scripts to avoid redundancy(Not Mandatory)
Knowledge of Integration and Data migration to test end to end
Soft Skills:
a.Excellent communication skills
b.Should be self-driven and a team player
c.Work collaboratively with willingness to listen and work in fast paced challenging environment.
d.Experience in working with onsite teams.
e.Creative thinking, self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
