Qualification: B.E / Diploma
Job Location: Shirwal
Experience: BE - 8 yrs to 10 yrs, Diploma - 12 yrs to 15 yrs
Relevant Knowledge/Experience:
Project based company, Machine Tool/ SPM Machine Manufacturing Industry, Manufacturing & Engineering Industry.

Well versed with various Management System Requirements
(e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISMS 27001 etc), ERP, MS Office, PPT.
Key Responsibilities
High Level Design: Understanding the scope, content & high level working concepts of complete project, including interdependencies of process
Visualization and reviews of concepts
Performance Specifications Analysis: Specially Cycle Time, and Process Control requirements.
Mechanical Design Analysis: Constructional Concept, Understanding of Stack-ups, Understanding of constraints & compliance (freedom), Selection of Mechanical Components, Design of structures for rigidity & stiffness
Ability to understand & review against typical performance requirements - design calculations, selection verification, reliability / failure modes, design to specific reviews, system test plans & methods.
Ability to define Verification & Validation & Test Plans.
