Designation: Talent Acquisition / HR Recruiter / Team Leader / HR Coordinator / Zonal HR
Experience: 0.3 months to 1+ years

Location: Work from Home - {Pan India (All States)}
Salary: Depending on Per Joining Basis (No Target)
Experience & Qualifications:
Must have 0.6 to 1 year of experience in recruitment.
Should have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Must be a good team player.
Must have a good personal network that can be utilized to close positions.
Must be a self-starter, energetic & self-motivated.
The candidate should be Graduated/Post Graduated.
MBA Freshers with 0.1 to 1 year of experience can apply.
Key Factors Required:
The candidate should be flexible for 6 - 7 hours working.
A person with a Normal internet connection & Desktop/Laptop will be considered only.
Excellent speaking & writing skills will be preferred.
Shift timing: Day - (9:30 AM 6:30 PM)

Role & Responsibilities:
Taking care of entire Recruitment Cycle of PAN India circles.
Screening resumes, Lining up candidates and Taking telephonic interviews.
Sourcing candidates through job sites-like Naukri, Shine/networking sites / references/headhunting
Involved in posting job requirements, advertisements on portals.
Database management and Maintaining Employee Records.
Joining formalities, Issuing offer and appointment letters.
Reference Checks, Filing and documentation.
Employee recruitment and retention, client interactions, people development, training, benefits and compensation and HR policies development.
Invoice Billing: Vendor Reports, Follow up Calls, Recovery Management.
Responsible for generating the daily recruitment reports.
Manage Recruitment & Employee Care Team.
Responsible for internal customer delight and satisfaction.
Responsible for implementation of Personnel policies and processes.
Coordinate with the Circle regional HR Managers for HR review & Prepare reports and Presentation for the same.
Maintain departmental manpower database and contact details like mobile number.
Employee ID, email ID etc processing for staff ID, Laptop, etc for new employees.
Payment clearing - Processing of expense claims and invoicing activities with finance team.
Preparing Offer Letters, Employment Agreements and rolling out offers.
Sending information of the recruit to the technical team for generating the email id and employee id.
Please note Laptop or Desktop have Mandatory for this job.
