A. Position Summary:
The person will be responsible for handling DPLI branch & will report to designated hierarchy. This is a branch role catering to sales & walk in customers, exiting clients.
B. Key Responsibilities:
1. Initial scrutiny of new business applications received at Pramerica's offices
2. Coordinating with Central department & Branch sales team for branch issuances
3. Accountable for all First Premium/Renewal deposits in the branch
4. Responsible for Sales trainings with respect to New Business processes & timelines
5. One point contact for all post issuance service requests/complaints
6. Agent Servicing which includes coordinating with Central Departments for Commission, Tax Deduction at Source(TDS )related queries etc
7. Support sales in all operations related issues
C. Job Specifications:
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline preferably full time
Experience:
1-6 years of experience in handling customer queries. Preference will be given to candidates in Financial Services Industry
