Urgent Hiring for Admin Executive. (Technical Maintenance knowledge)

Experience- 5 to 7 Years

Location Vileparle-Mumbai

Notice Period- Immediate or 15 days

Education- Graduation Mandatory

English - Communications should be very good.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitoring the technical maintenance & getting the same serviced/repaired on time.
• Get quotations from different vendors & make a comparison chart to get the best rate for the assigned work.
• To follow the process from issuing of PO till the payment is released to the vendor.
• Assume the role of the primary point of contact for meeting room booking between the executives and internal/external clients.
• Arrange executive hotel and dining arrangements as needed.
• Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate.
• Monitor pantry supply as when required.
• Making a special arrangement during VIP or board meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services.
• Arranging the welcome kit for the new joiner, includes mobile connection, seat & stationary arrangement.
• Arranging festive lunch/snacks or a birthday celebration for in-house employees.
