- Candidate should be able to manage team of 80 to 150 People.
- Should be able to handle Team pressure and targets.
- Should be able to manage daily and monthly targets.
- Meeting client requirements as per SLAs in terms of Quality and TAT
- Stake holder and People Management Portfolio Management
- Should take over the additional responsibilities assigned from time to time
- Maintain client confidentiality
Required Candidate profile
- Candidate should have experience of minimum 1year on DM or 2years as AM
- Pre Sales Pocess
- Excellent command on English
- People Management
- Ensure and monitor day to day deliverable within the agreed TAT
- Should have the ability to interact at all levels
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Analytical and methodical approach to resolving the issues
