Candidate should be able to manage team of 80 to 100 People.
Should be able to handle Team pressure and targets.
Should be able to manage daily and monthly targets.
Meeting client requirements as per SLAs in terms of Quality and TAT
Handling the daily process, AMC query response, exception clearance, monitoring the team, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain client confidentiality
Preparing SLA as per AMC requirements
Required Candidate profile
Candidate should have experience of minimum 1 year on DM Designation
Excellent command on English
People Management Skills
Ensure and monitor day to day deliverable within the agreed TAT
Excellent command on English both verbal and written
Should have the ability to interact at all levels
Good knowledge of MS Office
Analytical and methodical approach to resolving the issues.
