Desired Candidate Profile
Job description
- Take ownership of technical aspects of customer projects. Typical customer projects would involve integration of our SaaS-based Platform NEXT with the existing HRMS at the client end and enable single sign-on functionality
- Lead the Technical Service Delivery team and manage and govern services provided by the team to ITIL and ISO 20000 best practice, delivering against KPIs and agreed SLAs
- Manage the documentation of policies, processes and procedures for compliance with ISO 27001 and other best practices. Responsible to ensure the ITIL processes meet audit requirements.
- Organize and conduct operational reviews with stakeholders including Sales, Consulting and Application Development teams to ensure performance against processes.
- Responsible for being Incident Manager for high severity Major Incidents, where there is reputational or financial risk to Think Talent or where Business Continuity Management needs to be engaged.
- Lead the teams operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
Desired Candidate : -
- At least 8-10 years of overall professional experience and at least 4-5 years of experience leading a service management team/function, ideally supported by a professional qualification such as ITIL or ISO 20000.
- Demonstrable experience of managing complex client projects. Experience of managing HRMS integration projects, especially with HRMS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors will be a bonus
- Strong communication skills and experience of communicating with senior internal and customer stakeholders
- Highly developed Management skills (planning; budgeting; cost management, estimating; reporting; monitoring; staff management and team formation).

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
