Job Description
General Summary
- Cyber Security / Security Software domain experience will be a strong plus. Auto experience of ASPICE/ISO 26262 will be a strong plus.
- Master/Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related field.
- 3~5+ years working with PPM tool for resource for project resource management, budget management and tracking project financials actuals vs. estimation.
PMP Certification preferred
- Program Planning/Execution: Develops and manages the execution of the program Plan of Record (e.g., on time, on budget, within scope) for Embedded Security Software . Establishes key program metrics and manages team to take action to ensure program success when metrics deviate from Plan of Record.
- Risk Management: Drives teams to identify program issues/risks and work with them in developing the associated mitigation strategies.
- Governance: Effectively Prepare, Facilitate and Enable Steering Committee / Governance Meetings
- 7+ years Program Management experience managing complex multi stakeholder embedded SW programs end to end - is well versed in the Software development lifecycle of embedded software/firmware and associated nuances.

Strong communication/presentation skills as this role demands a lot of interactions with Sr. Management and with Customers.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Engineering
Work Experiences:
- 4 years Program Management experience or related work experience.
- 3 years working with operating budgets, resources, and/or project financials.
Certifications:
- Masters - Computer Science, Masters - Engineering
Work Experiences:
- 3 years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
- 2 years experience working in a large matrixed organization.
- 7 years Program Management experience or related work experience.
- 2 years experience with program management tools such as dashboards, Gantt charts, etc.
Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI)
