Responsibilities

• Be a strategic and operational partner to top management on all HR topics
• Ensure that all HR needs of the business are met and are aligned with business objectives
• Offer innovative and efficient situational HR solutions to management and HR teams
• Develop plans for a leadership development, employee experience, operational excellence, grievance mechanisms
• Foster a diverse, empowering, transformational, and inspiring culture and lead the cultural transformation process in the organization
• Deal with grievances and violations including disciplinary action when required
• Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
• Report to top management by analyzing data and using HR metrics

Excellent Communication skills
Good Experience in Faculty Recruitments
Experience in HR Generalist Activities
