We are currently hiring for Business Analyst/Project Manager  with good experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning domain.

Required Skills:

1. Around 2 years of experience as a project manager
2. Experience as a business analyst in Financial Services (Lending & Deposits)
3. Knowledge about SDLC models including agile, feature based integration models & web technologies.
4. Knowledge about AI/ML technologies chatbots, voice technology, image recognition, etc.
5. Knowledge about UI/UX terms and approaches
6. Strong communication & problem solving skills.
7. For chatbot specific projects -
a. Working with multiple cross-functional teams to identify the correct intents/entities & utterance training to be provided to the chatbot.
b. Research oriented mindset with proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.
c. Knowledge/Experience in building Chatbots using Dialogflow or other bot platforms is a plus.
d. Knowledge of fundamentals of Natural Language processing is a plus.

Job Role:

1. Create, maintain and report on detailed project plans highlighting milestones, dates, and dependencies.
2. Monitoring & management of live projects by analyzing reports to suggest improvements in features & functionalities.
3. Coordinate technical requirements (data, API, integrations, UI/UX) & validate the sanity/security checks, as necessary.
4. Responsible for running developer sprints in an Agile Continuous Integration environment.
5. For chatbot specific projects -
a. Develop and manage all content for the chatbot, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively design conversations.
b. Manage and prototype aesthetics/interfaces for chatbots that are easy to navigate for end users.
c. Create conversational interfaces/scripts/flows that go-beyond expectations of business teams & end-users.
