Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails
Screen all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route accordingly
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Plan and Schedule meetings and appointments
Preparing internal documents
Administration management
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to
detail.
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff
Required Candidate profile
Any Graduate with min of 2 Years Experience
Pleasing personality and attitude
Good Communication and listening Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social
media web platforms
Two wheeler with valid driving License is must and should know four wheeler driving in city
Age must be below 35 years
Male candidates preferred
