The job involves Payroll Management, Attendance Management
The person in the role must have the ability to execute timely payroll disbursement, maintain high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Should be always updated with latest statutory changes and to incorporate the same in system.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate or Post graduate with 5 years of total experience in Human Resources, and has an overall experience of handling Compensation & Benefit
Excellent interpersonal, communication. Attention to details with ability to respond quickly and effectively to problems/crisis. Ability to multi-task and prioritize, and meet deadlines. To be aware of all changes in regards to Statutory and get the same incorporated in system quickly. Being proactive and motivated.
